Summary

Brawlr is a world-first boxing bout matcher designed for the real mechanics of amateur boxing, and Soda built the product itself. Instead of chasing opponents through WhatsApp groups, Facebook threads and missed DMs, coaches can manage their stable, filter eligible opponents by weight, age, experience and location, send requests, negotiate privately and lock in bouts directly in the app. Beyond matchmaking, the platform expands into club messaging, bout agreements, event management, paperwork generation and analytics. The website is part of that ecosystem, but it is secondary to the main job: designing and building a credible working product for coaches.

Challenge

Introduce an entirely new boxing product category clearly enough for first-time visitors while keeping the tone sharp, practical and credible to coaches.

Approach

We built the story around the strongest category claim first, then opened out into the practical workflow: roster management, smart matchmaking, private club-to-club communication, digital bout agreements and show-night logistics. The result is a site that explains the product in the language coaches actually use.

Outcome

A built product, clearer category story and more credible launch presence around a real boxing-world problem.
